The Storm

Event will begin at sunrise and finish at sundown.

Event format: Teaching/Training/Preparation/Storm/Prevailing through a journey of one of the greatest stories ever told.

The Event will be in two parts:

The first half of the event will be teaching you ways to navigate the storms of life. Showing you different methods of training, and how you can be most prepared.

The second half of the event you will have the opportunity to put the methods to use. Tap into a newfound confidence that comes from preparation and 10X strength that comes from a team.

3 meals will be provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bring any other snacks with you.

Participants will be divided into 5-person coed teams. Reach out to 4 friends, build your team, and bring them with you. If not, we can place you in teams the day of.

A packing list and exact start time will be sent out 30 days prior.

Event Requirements listed below:

Requirements:

• Good medical and physical health

• Be the teammate you would want to have on your team

• Physical Standard assessment will assure you get the most out of the event (perform each set of movements in 2 minutes. With 2 minute rest in between)

• 30 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, 30 air-squats, 5 pull ups (assisted for women)

• Run 1 mile in 10:00

• Be able to walk with a pack 5 miles in 90 minutes

• Be able to swim

• This is a team driven event and lack of preparation will be a hindrance on your team.
