Living in Marianna, Florida, I'm married to my best friend April, we have a son Justin, Daughter-in-law Madison, granddaughter Paisley and daughter Sandralee and Son-in-law Blane. I am a commercial roofing contractor, specializing in roofs on military bases in the southeast.
In 2015, our son Justin joined the Navy. I was interested in his training program and my wife gave the book, “8 Weeks to Sealfit”. The Book was written by former Navy Seal Mark Divine, founder of Unbeatable Mind and Sealfit. Unbeatable has many aspects, training the physical, mental, emotional, intuitional and Kokoro (spiritual). It is a total body integrated training program and lifestyle to develop yourself fully to be able to serve others better. The program has been life changing and made me a better husband, father, teammate, leader, and coach. Through the program I was able to uncover my 3 P’s Passions, Principles, Purpose. A combination of your 3 P’s will point to a path of your overall purpose. Mine pointed to God, Family, Exercise/training, outdoor adventures and helping others. Through UM I have been able to uncover my path to a purpose and calling. While we don’t know the full extent of God’s plan, the experience thus far has been life changing and we share it with as many people as we can.
In 2019 I became a certified Unbeatable Mind coach. In 2020 April and I partnered with 2 very special people, Larry and Teri Cobb. Through our partnership at The Property, we have been able to design a location that is perfect for reflection and development. We have different events though out the year to help people grow and break through their own personal false barriers. When someone realizes the only person holding them back is themself, they begin to see the start of their path and what’s possible. It can be life changing for them and for us as coaches to see.
