We had a great time last year honoring all of our fallen soliders in support of the Michael P. Murphy Foundation.
Come and join us for the Murph the year on May 29. Start time is 7 AM sharp.
The murph consists of:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
Partitioning and modications are welcomed!
