We invite you to join us at the Property on Friday evening September 2. Starting at 5:00p.m. we will run the 1-mile loop once per hour for 24 hours. We will finish at 5:00 p.m. Saturday September 3.
The details: Work/rest format - at the top of each hour we will run the 1-mile loop. Your pace will be up to you. The remainder of the hour can be used as you see fit. Hydrate, Fuel, Journal or Rest.
We will have water and some snacks. Please bring any additional food or drinks to fuel your body. Recommend also extra change of clothes, socks, and shoes. Mat or air mattress and pillow. A journal to note your times or take down any insights.
This is not a crucible. There are no specific physical requirements other than being in good medical/physical health. We do anticipate it to be challenging at times.…
